"The doors of the Grammy Museum may be closed, but our mission is not."

Although the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles remains closed until coronavirus, the museum will present its digital archives for free for the first time on Wednesday (March 18).

The museum is releasing a new program every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, beginning Wednesday with Scarypoolparty. Future programs include Yolan (March 21), Newhart (March 23), Larkin Poe (March 25), X Ambassadors (March 28), Carlisle (March 30), Eilish and Fiennes (April 1), Greta van Navy (April 4). ): and: Cole and the gang (April 6).

Every Friday, starting this week with X: With 40 years of Punk, the museum will present slides of past exhibitions. The March 27 exhibition will be "Take Me Out of a Ball Game. Popular music and national entertainment. ” The galleries include installation and artifact images, select media content presented at the exhibition, exhibition text, playlists and descriptions.

In addition, during the closing, the museum will release educational content and lesson plans on its website and digital platforms, as well as share daily playlists and ideas developed by its staff.
