It also produced four of the top five singles, including "Keep Up the Nights" charts and "Don't Set Nothing", which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Male Rock Vocal. Further, the 1989 repetition of The Criminal was even more successful, hitting No. 1 and going to platinum with two "1" singles "Good" and "Right Here Waiting." To date, she is the only male artist in history to reach the top five of Billboard charts in her first seven singles.
